A quality water pump & a 8 litre electric water heater are connected to under floor mounted 100 L fresh & grey water tanks. There’s up to 14 power points installed throughout the Q300SX, offering you so much scope for either hot or cold menu options.

The serving side boasts a 2 metre lift up window, front hatch & aluminium sliding glass windows, & a collapsible side shelf for condiments/serviettes. An optional feature is the fabulous split rear entry door offering options when open or closed & a retractable entry step. The fully lined walls are 46mm thick XPS insulated. This is the latest material used. It is water resistant, light weight, extremely strong & available in a wide range of colours. The drawbar shelf has two 9kg/18kg LPG cylinder holders installed & still plenty of room for a good-sized generator. Stainless steel vent covers are a bonus.

3m long, 2.1m wide, 2.1 m high. Tare weight 1050 kg. Load Capacity is 500kg & it all sits on a galvanised steel chassis & drawbar, a solid 8mm thick axle, over ride brakes, 7 leaf suspension & beautifully finished off with 14” chrome rims. To stabilise the trailer onsite it is fitted with the latest fold down heavy-duty standing legs which hands down beat the ugly time wasting, scissor jacks that many food trailers have. A fold up, jockey wheel is also included. All the exterior joints are weather sealed & the trailer is fully checked over prior to dispatch to us. The 4mm thick wiring throughout is all NZ compliant.
